Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that IshYoBoy.com themes and/or products will work with all browser combinations.

Support is provided for any of our themes purchased from here on IshYoBoy.com or any other market platform that IshYoBoy.com officially has rights to sell on. IshYoBoy.com will not be liable for themes and products downloaded from third-party file hosting services that are not sanctioned to sell IshYoBoy.com products – these themes are illegal in their nature.

Support includes the rectifying of issues arising from theme features, bug fixes and basic usage questions and is available for one year after the initial purchase date. We do not provide support for our free products, the use or issues arising from 3rd party plugins, troubleshooting issues occurring in versions of Internet Explorer older than version 10, WordPress itself, or customization requests.

You hereby indemnify Us and undertake to keep Us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by Us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of Our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by Us arising out of any breach by You of any provision of these terms of use.

You have the option of choosing to pay via PayPal or any major credit card. Each theme purchase grants you one year access to ongoing theme updates and support. After that first year, to continue providing you with top notch support and updates that ensure your theme works with the latest version of WordPress, You will need to purchase a license renewal.

We do not store your credit card or payment information on Our site.

Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase.

All themes are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we cannot guarantee that older templates will run with future versions of WordPress.

Although we do our best to update our products with every new WordPress version, or when a bug is found, please note that are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

The Theme Installation & Setup Service is generally completed within 24-48 hours from receiving the necessary customer information requested via contact form upon the purchase of the service. The service includes the basic installation of one of Our WordPress themes, and it includes the setup of the WordPress theme as per the theme demo. In addition, we may upload and configure a single logo and install additional plugins (in case Express version of this service is bought).

The Theme Installation & Setup Service does not include the creation of pages, posts, content, navigation items or anything outside of the theme demo content. It does not include any customizations or changes to the theme code. The Theme Installation & Setup Service should not be used for established websites with existing content.
